The Human Whale event is set to take place on Sunday 21st July 2024, at Fingal Bay, Port Stephens, showing the communities appreciation for the majestic humpback whale migration.
Be part of this iconic event on Fingal Beach as we pay homage to ‘Humpback Highway’ where over 40,000 whales will pass by on their northern migration.
The late event in 2023 saw 1250 participants and two dogs!
Forming an outline of a 100m long humpback, join all the fun as the mammoth mammal takes shape on the sand of Fingal Beach. Learn about conservation of our Marine Parks and waterways with information from local organisations. Fingal Surf Life Saving Club will be running a sausage sizzle in the leadup to the event.
